Deahna and I know 2024 has been rough on so many different levels. This is a ceremony for us to come together, in our bodies and release what no longer serves us. We are no longer taking this laying down we will release, rise and set an intention for 2025.

Retreat
A collaboration with Deahna and April to bring you a holistically embodied retreat to help your body rest. We know that you don't rest enough, we know society demands more production before rest is "socially accepted", and we have been there. Which is why together we have brought you a retreat to come together -mind, body, soul - to rest and reset.
